You've tried the productivity hacks. The morning routines. The apps and frameworks.

Your Systems Aren't Broken.
Your Relationship With Them Is.

They work... until they don't.

Here's what no one tells you:

  • Systems aren't mechanical—they're relational.

  • When you learn to design them as living, adaptive structures instead of rigid rules, everything changes.

  • You stop forcing. You start flowing.

This is the work.

Cohort 2 begins January 26, 2026

The Shift: From Force to Flow

BEFORE: The Grind

  • Clear vision, but can't make it stick

  • Systems break when life gets chaotic

  • Relying on willpower to push through

  • Constantly "getting back on track"

  • Exhausted from trying so hard

AFTER: The Architecture

  • Vision becomes inevitable through design

  • Systems adapt to seasons and challenges

  • Environment does the heavy lifting

  • Recovery is quick—you bounce back

  • You thrive without grinding

What Actually Changes:

You stop treating systems as tools you force yourself into.

You start relating to them as living structures you tend.

You design for your energy, not against it. For your nervous system, not around it. For who you're becoming, not who you used to be.

This isn't about doing more. It's about designing better.

How It Works: 16 Weeks of Transformation

Cohort 2: January 26 - May 18, 2026" "Weekly calls: Mondays, 5-7pm MST

Thrive By Design is a live, facilitated intensive, not a course you consume, but a container you inhabit.

The Structure:

PHASE 1: Core Learning & Practice (Weeks 1-10) Live 2-hour weekly calls combining teaching, live experiments, and group coaching. You'll learn the frameworks AND apply them in real-time with support.

  • Week 1: Awakening to Your Current Systems
  • Week 2: The Relational Turn—Systems as Living Things
  • Week 3: Energy Architecture—Building on What's True
  • Week 4: Rituals as Anchors—Weaving Meaning into Systems
  • Week 5: The Currency of Attention—Protecting What Matters
  • Week 6: Resilience—Systems That Bend, Don't Break
  • Week 7: Breaking and Rebuilding—The Art of Letting Go
  • Week 8: Flow and Creativity—Systems for Peak States
  • Week 9: Future Self Architecture—Designing for Who You're Becoming
  • Week 10: Integration and Embodiment—Making It Second Nature

PHASE 2: The Living Lab (Weeks 11-13)

You've built the systems. Now you live them—without scaffolding, without constant input. This phase tests what's real. What holds when life gets chaotic? What breaks? How quickly can you recover? This is where systems move from your head into your body, from theory into truth.
What happens:
  • Three weeks of integration: two group check-in calls and one week of independent practice with office hours support available throughout.
  • Real-world testing: Do these systems hold when life gets messy?
This is where you learn to trust yourself.

PHASE 3: The Long View (Weeks 14-16)

You've proven the systems work. Now you learn to sustain them across seasons, transitions, and years. How do systems evolve when you become a parent? When you change careers? When life implodes? This phase teaches adaptation, momentum, and the art of lifelong tending. You leave as your own architect.
  • Week 14: Systems for Different Seasons
  • Week 15: Momentum & The Long Game
  • Week 16: Completion & Continuance

The Four Pillars:

Every week weaves together these core frameworks:

1. Ecology of Systems (Relational Design & Flow)

Systems aren't rigid—they're living, relational, and adaptive like ecosystems.
You'll learn to design systems that harmonize with your rhythms, environments, and life stages.

2. Energetic Architecture (Attention, Environment & Rhythm)

Where attention goes, energy follows.
You'll design your physical and digital environments to support energetic flow and protect what matters most.

3. Resilient Foundations (Identity, Values & Adaptability)

Systems must work when life is hard, not just when it's easy.
You'll build for adaptability and self-correction rather than rigid control.

4. The Alchemy of Implementation (Action, Experimentation & Feedback Loops)

Systems must move from theory to lived experience through iteration and feedback.
You'll learn the art of micro-adjustments and sustainable momentum.

This Isn't Another
Group Coaching Program

Most programs give you information and hope you apply it.
This program gives you live experiments, real-time coaching, and embodied practice.

Here's What Makes This Different:

1. Systems as Relationships, Not Mechanics You won't learn "the perfect morning routine." You'll learn how to relate to your systems as living structures that give you feedback, adapt to change, and evolve with you.
2. Somatic & Embodied, Not Just Strategic Every session begins with embodied practice. This work lives in your body and nervous system, not just your calendar and to-do list.
3. Live Experiments, Not Homework You'll do the work DURING the calls—mapping systems, designing rituals, stress-testing structures—with immediate coaching on what emerges.
4. Small Group, Deep Work Maximum 12-15 participants. You're not sitting in a 100-person Zoom room. You're witnessed, coached, and supported.
5. Three Private Sessions This isn't just group coaching. You get individual intake, mid-program coaching, and final integration sessions—personalized support for your specific patterns.
6. Built for High-Performers This isn't "productivity 101." It's for people who've already done deep work, who have vision and clarity, and who are ready for the nuanced, sophisticated work of designing sustainable systems.
7. Long-Term Transformation, Not Quick Fixes 16 weeks. That's how long real change takes. We're building new operating systems, not installing apps.

What This Program Isn't

❌ Not a course you consume - This is live, facilitated transformation, not recorded content you watch alone
❌ Not a quick fix - 16 weeks of deep work, not a 30-day challenge
❌ Not one-size-fits-all - You get personalized diagnosis and coaching for your specific patterns
❌ Not productivity hacks - This is relational systems design, not tips and tricks
❌ Not for beginners - This is for people who've done inner work and are ready for sophisticated implementation

By Week 16, Here's What Becomes Possible:

✓ You'll see your systems as living relationships, not rigid structures—and know how to tend them
✓ You'll design for energy and environment, not willpower and time management
✓ You'll self-correct when systems break instead of abandoning them or spiraling into shame
✓ Your intentions will feel inevitable because you've shaped the conditions that support them
✓ You'll embody your systems—they won't be something you "do," they'll be how you are
✓ You'll adapt fluidly to life changes without complete system breakdown
✓ You'll have working feedback loops that keep systems aligned over time

The ultimate shift: You'll stop asking "What should I do?"
and start asking "What conditions need to shift?"

QUESTIONS?

Why I Created This

For years, I was a high achiever seeking validation through doing.
Always helpful. Always striving. Always one more task away from being enough.

My identity was built on how much I could accomplish, how much I could give.

I had elaborate systems—rigid, relentless to-do lists that never ended. Because the real goal wasn't completion. It was proof. Proof that I was enough.

Everything shifted when I was willing to walk with a different question:

What would it look like to create the conditions
for my intentions and vision to emerge and thrive?

Not force. Not grind. Not prove.

Create conditions. Allow emergence.

That question changed everything.

I moved from rigid to relational. From endless tasks rooted in "not enough" to intentional design rooted in deep, authentic vision. From effort to flow.
I stopped treating systems as tools to extract productivity and started relating to them as living structures—in dialogue with my energy, my environment, my evolving self.

And I discovered: When you design from vision instead of validation, when you cocreate with your environment instead of controlling it, systems become alive.

Over the past five years, I've worked with project managers, pilot trainers, spiritual leaders, and corporate trainers—high-functioning people who know how to achieve but struggle to sustain.

My training in ontological coaching, rites of passage, breathwork, and inner and outer tracking has given me a deeply relational understanding of the ecosystems we inhabit and how we relate to them.

And here's what I keep seeing:

People finally arrive at clarity and purpose. They've done the deep inner work. They have vision.

But they can't make it stick.

They apply old tools and get old results.

Because the tools they're using are built on the old operating system: force, control, rigid productivity frameworks designed for extraction, not emergence.

Thrive By Design is what I wish I'd had when I was ready to shift.

It's for people who've done the inner work. Who have vision and clarity. Who are ready to build systems that feel like cocreation, not control. Systems rooted in trust, wisdom, and deep dialogue with life.

This program weaves relational design, embodied practice, and lived wisdom. It's not about doing more—it's about designing conditions where your vision naturally thrives.

If you've done the inner work and you're ready to build systems that match your vision—systems that feel like cocreation, not control—I'd be honored to walk with you.

What People Are Saying

"I finally saw my pattern, I've been building systems based on anxiety, not intention. Every routine was designed to prove I'm enough, not to actually support me. That realization changed everything."

— S. T.

"The phrase 'your system isn't failing, it's giving you feedback' completely shifted how I relate to breakdowns. I don't spiral into shame anymore. I ask: what's this telling me?"

— J. J.

"I had all the insights from therapy, coaching, retreats, but I couldn't make them stick in my daily life. This program taught me integration: how to move transformation from my head into my body and routines. That's the piece I'd been missing for years."

— M. G.

"I learned to design for my actual energy, not the energy I wish I had. My systems finally match my real life—my nervous system, my season, my capacity. I'm not grinding anymore. I'm flowing."

— S. G.
