Bridger Breathwork Journey
A Conscious Connected Breathwork Experience
Rooted in the lineage of Spiritus | Guided by Ryan Conklin
Come Home to the Breath. Come Home to Yourself.
There is an ancient wisdom in the breath—older than words, older than thought. It carries the rhythm of ocean tides, the pulse of the earth, the cycles of life itself. Each breath remembers what the mind forgets: how to soften, how to release, how to return. Even if it’s your first time, you are safe, supported, and guided every step of the way.
Breathwork is a doorway back to what’s real, steady, and alive inside you. In every session, the breath becomes both anchor and guide—opening space for release, healing, and clarity. When you follow the breath, you awaken the body’s own knowing. Here, in this quiet intelligence, you come home to yourself.
What is Bridger Breathwork?
Bridger Breathwork is deeply informed by Spiritus and the teachings of Tim Morrison, a lineage I honor with great respect. This practice opens the doorway to altered states of awareness, deep healing, and somatic release. Through breath, sound, and subtle movement, you awaken the body’s innate intelligence—allowing the nervous system to regulate, the heart to open, and stuck energies to dissolve.
While rooted in Spiritus, the way I guide is distinctly my own—shaped by rites of passage, somatic integration, and trauma-informed facilitation. This is a sacred, personal journey: a space to remember who you are beneath the noise and the holding.

About the Facilitator
Ryan Conklin is a transformational guide, certified coach, and trained Spiritus Breathwork facilitator who walks with people through the thresholds of change, healing, and reconnection. He is the founder of The Bridger, a coaching practice rooted in presence, somatic wisdom, and the power of archetype, myth, and nature.
Ryan’s work is deeply trauma-informed and intuitive, shaped by years of experience with rites of passage, somatic integration, and relational leadership. He weaves Spiritus Breathwork lineage with his own approach that honors the body’s intelligence, the necessity of slow integration, and the sacredness of breath.
“The wound is not the enemy — it’s the invitation,
and in time, it becomes our ally. Our medicine lives in the same room as our grief. To offer it, we must first learn to sit there.”
— Bridger
This work is not about performance, peak experiences, or fixing—but about remembering.
Breathwork with Ryan is a ceremony, a conversation, and a homecoming.
FAQ Section
About the Experience
What is breathwork?
Breathwork is the intentional practice of using the breath to support physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. While many modern approaches use connected breathing to open deeper states of awareness and release, breathwork also includes gentler practices for grounding, regulating the nervous system, reducing stress, and building resilience.
What style of breathwork do you guide?
I guide a somatic, trauma-informed style of conscious connected breathwork, rooted in Spiritus Breathwork. This approach emphasizes safety, presence, and deep listening to the body, while using a continuous, circular style of breathing that bypasses the thinking mind and opens a direct channel into the body, emotions, and subconscious.
This practice creates the conditions for:
Emotional release — surfacing and moving grief, anger, fear, or joy held in the body.
Expanded awareness — entering altered states of consciousness where new insights, clarity, or visions often arise.
Deep restoration — reconnecting with the body’s innate intelligence and capacity for healing.
Every session is unique. Sometimes the breath takes you into profound catharsis; other times it offers stillness, presence, or subtle shifts. My role is to hold a safe, grounded space where whatever arises can be met with compassion, curiosity, and integration.
Do I need prior experience to attend a session?
Not at all. Whether this is your very first breathwork session or you’ve journeyed with the breath before, you’ll be guided every step of the way.
What actually happens during a session?
Each session begins with grounding, intention-setting, and guidance. From there, I’ll guide you through a specific breathing rhythm while music supports the process. Sessions close with integration, reflection, and space for grounding back into daily life.Who It’s For
Can anyone do breathwork?
Breathwork is accessible to many people, but it is not recommended if you are pregnant, have serious cardiovascular issues, uncontrolled high blood pressure, epilepsy, or a history of severe mental health conditions (such as psychosis). If you’re unsure, consult your doctor before booking.
I’m pregnant—can I do breathwork?
For safety reasons, I do not guide active breathwork journeys for those who are pregnant. However, gentle breathing practices and guided meditation can be adapted—reach out to discuss options.
Do I need to be spiritual to benefit?
Not at all. Breathwork meets you where you are—whether you’re seeking emotional release, clarity, or simply deeper relaxation.

The Session Journey
What happens before we begin breathing?
When you arrive, we’ll take a few moments to ground, settle, and set intention. This may include light conversation, a check-in around your needs, and creating a safe container for the journey.
What should I bring?
Wear comfortable clothing, a water bottle, and anything that helps you feel grounded (a journal, blanket, eye mask, small sacred item).
What does integration look like?
After your breathwork journey, we’ll spend time grounding and reflecting on what came through. You may receive prompts, practices, or reflections to continue integrating in the days ahead.
After the Session
What can I expect to feel afterward?
Every experience is unique. Some people feel lighter, calmer, and more connected. Others may feel tender or raw as deeper emotions surface. Integration is key, and I provide support to help you anchor the insights.
How often should I do breathwork?
This depends on your intention. Some people find monthly sessions deeply supportive, while others explore breathwork in cycles or alongside other healing practices.
Will I be able to handle what comes up?
Yes. The breath only takes you as far as you are ready to go. My role is to guide you safely, remind you of your agency, and support you in trusting your own pace.
