The Mirror is a clear reflection of the life you're living. And an invitation to reorient.

Six weeks. Small group. $497

You've been here before.

The same pattern. The same dynamic. The same gap between the life you're describing and the one you're actually living.

Not because you lack intelligence or awareness or genuine desire.

Because nobody has ever held up a clear mirror and said
here. Look at this honestly. “

Over six weeks it creates something most leaders have never given themselves.

A structured container for honest awareness. The kind that shows you what's actually standing in the way — not what you think is standing in the way.

Permission to have a real vision. Not the acceptable one. The true one.

And tools for reorientation — for the inevitable moment when the old patterns resurface and you need a way back to what's real.

This is not a program about learning more about yourself.

You already know plenty.

This is a program about finally seeing clearly.

And discovering what becomes possible when you do.

Who This Is For

You know what needs to change.
You've known for a while.
You have tried a lot already.
And you keep ending up in the same place anyway.

The Mirror is for the person who is done explaining that to themselves
and ready to actually see why.

Who This Isn't For

If you need accountability structures and measurable ROI — this isn't that.

If you're not ready to look honestly at the gap between the life you're describing and the one you're living — The Mirror will frustrate you.

This asks one thing above everything else.
Willingness to see clearly.

Not willingness to change. Just willingness to look.

Somehow that's the hardest thing.

If that's not where you are right now — that's okay. The threshold will be here when you're ready.

Week 1 — Gratitude

Not gratitude as positivity practice. Gratitude as honest reckoning with what's real and what's been given. The foundation everything else gets built on.

Week 2 — Waypoints and Lessons

Your past experiences didn't happen to you randomly. They shaped you. This week we look honestly at the moments that made you — the crossings, the losses, the pivots — and what they're still teaching.

Week 3 — Community and Connection

An honest look at the village that shaped you. The people who held you. The ones who didn't. And a claiming of the community and role you want going forward.

The Six Weeks

The program moves through six specific themes. Each one builds on the last. The arc is designed — not arbitrary.

Week 4 — Expansion

What you've been keeping in reserve. The capacity you haven't fully claimed. The version of yourself you've been waiting for permission to become.

Week 5 — Vision

Not a vision board. A clear, honest, grounded picture of where you want to be making your decisions from — separate from what you've been taught to want.

Week 6 — Roadmap

The seeing has to land somewhere. Week six turns honest vision into specific direction. Not a rigid plan — a living map. Where you are, where you're going, and the first honest steps between them.

What You'll Leave With

The most valuable thing The Mirror gives you isn't on this list.

It's the experience of a container where honesty was the standard. Where the performance layer dropped — in yourself and in the room — and something truer came forward.

Once you've felt that, the performed version of everything becomes harder to tolerate.

And harder to return to.

From that ground — everything else on this list becomes possible.

A clear and honest picture of yourself. Not the managed version. The real one.

Awareness of the patterns that have been running underneath your decisions — and finally seeing why.

Permission. To want what you actually want. To claim the vision that's been waiting underneath the acceptable one.

A village reconsidered. Who you want around you. Who you want to be in relationship. The community that holds the life you're building.

A roadmap. Not a rigid plan. A living orientation — where you are, where you're going, and the first honest steps between them.

And the tools to find your way back when you inevitably drift into the old ways of living.

Because you will drift. Everyone does.

The difference is now you'll know how to return.

The Format

Six weeks. Two hours each week.

The calls are structured but not rigid. Each session moves through the week's theme with enough guidance to create direction and enough space for what actually needs to surface.

Within every session — dyad work. Authentic relating in pairs. Direct, structured, one-to-one contact with another person doing the same honest work.

This is where the real seeing happens.

Not in the performance of the large group. In the moment when you say the true thing to one other person and they recognize it completely.

And then the large group. Where what surfaced in the dyad gets witnessed by the community. Where the weight of being seen and honored by many — not just one — does something the dyad alone cannot.

Both matter. Both are designed. Neither is accidental.

The group holds up to 25 people. Large enough to create real community energy. Intimate enough that nobody gets lost in the size.

Between sessions — reflective practices designed to deepen how you relate to yourself and the life you're actually living. Not more analysis. Practices that keep the seeing moving in the days between calls.

The format isn't incidental.

Every element is designed to create the conditions where honest seeing becomes possible.

And then inevitable.

The Investment

$497. Six weeks.

The Mirror is the most accessible entry point into the work I do. Six cohorts have shown what's possible when the right people show up honestly. Life altering clarity and awareness shouldn't require a significant financial commitment to access.

$497 removes the price as the reason not to start. What it asks instead is the harder thing.

Willingness.

For some people The Mirror is exactly what they need. They carry what they find in six weeks for years — in their decisions, their relationships, the quiet but permanent shift of seeing themselves more honestly.

For others it's the beginning. The first honest look that makes everything else possible.

Six weeks, Real work, $497.

What Past Participants Have Said

"I thought I knew myself pretty well going in. What I didn't realize was how much of what I called self-knowledge was actually a very sophisticated story I'd been telling about myself for years. The Mirror showed me the gap between the story and the truth. That gap — once seen — was impossible to unsee."

"I've been in therapy for years. I've done the reading. I thought I understood myself. The Mirror did something different. It held up something I hadn't been looking at directly. I've been making decisions differently since."

"I built a career I was proud of and forgot to build the person underneath it. Six weeks and I finally started asking the right questions."

A Note From Ryan

I've run The Mirror six times now.

What surprises me — still, after six cohorts — isn't what people discover. That varies enormously and is specific to each person.

It's what they discover they'd been missing.

Almost every cohort, at some point in the six weeks, someone says a version of the same thing.

I didn't realize how long I'd been performing even in my own inner life.

That sentence has stayed with me across all six cohorts.

The performance — the management of how we appear, the curating of the story we tell about ourselves — doesn't stop at the edge of our public life.

It follows us inward.

Into our journaling. Into our therapy. Into our self-reflection.

We perform self-awareness the way we perform everything else.

What The Mirror creates is a container where that performance becomes visible.

And once you can see the performance you've been running in your own inner life —

Everything else becomes available.

The seventh cohort begins mid-October.
